1) Not Spending Time With Friends and Family.

2) Worrying Too Much.
It is impossible not to worry some of the time, but worrying becomes a problem when stress takes over your life. Worrying too much can affect your daily life so much that it can interfere with your appetite, sleep and job performance. This often leads to bad choices like seeking relief in harmful lifestyle habits such as overeating, cigarette smoking, or using alcohol and drugs.

3) Not Drinking Enough Water.
If you get dehydrated, your body is going to have to pull water from your tissues, from your skin and other parts of your body to maintain the concentration in your blood, When it does that, your eyes are going to look sunken, your skin is going to feel dryer, it’s not going to be as elastic and so you will look a lot older.”

4) Not Getting Enough Sleep.
This will rob you of the mental and physical energy you need to get through a typical day. Not getting enough sleep taxes your most vital organs, like your brain and your heart.

5) Not Wearing Sunscreen.
The sun is the biggest factor in aging skin, so if you don’t want wrinkles before your time apply sunscreen.

6) Not Eating Enough Fruits and Vegetables.
Fruits and vegetables are packed with the vitamins and minerals that you need for good health. The key is to find ones that you enjoy eating and to work them into your diet however possible, even if that means hiding the kale in your smoothies.

7) Smoking Cigarettes.
Smoking tends to stain everything it comes into contact with. Smoking effects your skin, teeth, eyes, and even your hair. That’s not even considering the fact that smoking can result with a range of serious health problems affecting parts of your body below the surface.

8) Drinking Alcohol.
Drinking alcohol, especially drinking it to excess, dehydrates your body which can rob your skin of its moisture, causing it to appear rough and dried out. On top of that, it can keep you from feeling energetic and youthful.

9) Not Getting Help For Your Depression.

10) Working Yourself To Death.
Putting in the overtime at work may get you ahead in your career but it can leave you far behind in other parts of your life like your health and your sense of connection to your family. Chronic stress increases your risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and stroke.

11) Eating Junk Food.
Junk food may taste good but it makes you feel bloated, tired and overall leaves you feeling lousy.

Eating large meals more than twice a week can accelerate aging because overindulging requires more energy from the body to digest the extra food. Energy that is needed in other parts of the body.

13) Not Exercising.
Keeping in reasonable physical shape is perhaps the most important step in maintaining the look and feel of a younger, healthier person.
